In March 2020, on the day A Partnership in Caring volunteers Maria and Carolyn Rideout were 
leaving Rwanda, Sr. Catherine (pictured) introduced us to Queen, 5 years old. The family is very poor and the mother, Angelique, has had some serious health issues. Through the generosity of a donor, we have been able to provide the family with 2 beds (one for the mother and 2 little girls and another for the older brother) mattresses, bedding, soap, kitchen utensils ( dishes, pots and pans ), clothes and shoes, rent monies and food enough for 3 months. They are delighted.
